Malaysia welcome Thailand to the Bukit Jalil National Stadium for their 2020 FIFA World Cup Qualifying (WCQ) fixture.

Before a 3-0 victory over Indonesia, six of Thailand’s continental road trips have featured under 2.5 goals, with just two seeing both teams score. Still, beating Malaysia has proved to be a daunting task for Thailand recently, as they’ve failed to clinch a win in three of their previous H2H meetings, home and away (D2, L1).
