The Bavarians have achieved an astonishing 5-0 win over Eintracht Frankfurt in the German Super Cup, which was Niko Kovac’s first trophy in the new club after taking charge of the team earlier in the summer. However, Christian Titz’s team experienced a nightmarish start in their premier 2. Bundesliga campaign, as they have lost 3-0 to Holstein Kiel in front of the home crowd, although they have managed to recover from that loss and achieve an encouraging 3-0 win over Sandhausen on the road last week.
