Osasuna travel to the Coliseum Alfonso Perez to take on Getafe, hoping to extend an unbeaten run in their La Liga H2Hs to four (W1, D2).

Getafe will be looking to bounce back following a dismal end to the last season that saw them lose four of their final six 2019/20 La Liga matches (D2) and draw a blank on five of those occasions. Jose Bordalas’ men have also failed to impress on home turf this calendar year (W3, D3, L4), with just three of those games seeing both teams score. The ‘clean-sheet’ theme remains vital for Getafe, at least according to last season’s home matches. Indeed, four of their five La Liga home defeats in 2019/20 saw the hosts fail to get on the scoresheet. But, Getafe must be confident of scoring here, as they’ve netted over 1.5 goals in five of their last seven top-flight H2Hs held at this venue.

Meanwhile, the visitors picked up a comfortable 2-0 away win over newly-promoted Cadiz on Matchday 1, scoring inside the opening and closing 15 minutes of play. In now means that just one of Osasuna’s seven La Liga road games since the resumption of football in June has ended in a draw (W4, L2). Five of those six results (wins/losses) have seen the winner on the day keep a blank sheet. Also, just under half (9) of their 19 La Liga away fixtures last season saw both sides hit the net. Against this backdrop, all four of Osasuna’s previous top-flight trips to Getafe have finished in a stalemate, with three seeing both teams on the scoresheet.
