Chelsea and Wolverhampton Wanderers will face off against each other at Stamford Bridge in a high-stake Premier League season finale this weekend.

Frank Lampard’s men enter the round on the back of a 5-3 away defeat to Liverpool and are just one point clear of fifth-placed Leicester City ahead of the kick-off.
