Borussia Monchengladbach welcome TSG Hoffenheim to Borussia-Park in what could be an exciting ‘high-scoring’ Bundesliga (BL) affair. Indeed, all eight of their previous top-flight H2Hs held here have seen both teams on the scoresheet, with five of the last six producing over 3.5 goals.

The hosts are unbeaten in three consecutive league matches (W2, D1) and are sitting four points adrift of table-toppers Bayern Munich ahead of the kick-off. The Foals remain in contention for the league crown mainly thanks to their impressive home form. They’ve racked up eight consecutive BL triumphs at this venue, six of which have yielded a winning margin of multiple goals (75%). Far more aggressive in the second half, the Prussians have bagged 62% (16) of the 26 BL home goals after the break. A genuine lack of early goals could give traveling fans a reason to be wary.
